The Florida Airports Council, together with the Florida Department of Transportation and Direct Effect Solutions are proud to announce the Leadership Development for Airport and Transportation Professionals Training Course (101). This program will take place in Orlando from Tuesday, November 14 through Friday, November 17, 2023.
WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING COURSE? This is a 3 1/2-day program that provides knowledge and skills that can be applied immediately to circumstances at your organization and will help you acquire tools and techniques to focus your energy on the leadership challenges you face in your business. The program will expand your self-awareness and help you design a developmental roadmap to guide your leadership journey.
TOPICS OF DISCUSSION Leadership Fundamentals Leadership Applications Leadership Engagement Self-Management
The program includes a 360° feedback survey to be completed prior to the class by the participant, his/her superiors, internal/external peers, and subordinates to help the participant understand his/her strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Upon completion of the course, each participant will also receive a professional coaching session for one hour.
