Committees allow members from all categories to participate as full voting members of FAC's thirteen standing committees. Education and Training Summitto provide participants with specialty training and presentations from leading airport professionals and their private sector counterparts relative to airport management, operations, facilities, airport security, noise and environmental issues, and IT functions. This is a two and a half day event featuring workshops and sessions focusing on the important activities of the committees and other matters affecting airports. State Summitto meet with legislators in Tallahassee to discuss the Council's legislative programs and issues for the year. FAC Members receive discounts for registration.
Federal Affairs Committee Fly-In to Washington D.C. to present members' issues to national leaders including the Florida Legislative Delegation, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Homeland Security, and others as needed. Educational Seminars, Webinars and Workshops on various airport-related issues presented throughout the state, and available on our website to all FAC member airports.
