The Florida Airports Council Education Foundation was established to assist students pursuing careers in aviation; promote the advancement of the aviation profession; and support aviation education, research, and training. The Foundation is only able to achieve these goals through its fundraising efforts and financial grant opportunities.

Please consider making a financial contribution, donating a raffle prize, or an item for one of our auctions. Participate in our annual Virtual Fun Run or in-person Fun Run (at the annual conference), Live/Silent Auctions or other FAC-sponsored fundraising events.

Raffles

Throughout the year, the Foundation facilitates a number of raffles at two conference events, the Education & Training Summit (in the spring) and the Annual Conference (in the summer).   

The FAC Education Committee seeks gifts to offer to delegates and guests attending these events. Past prizes include vacation/hotel packages, flying lessons, collectables, artwork, electronics, field gear and more.

Auction

Each year at the Annual Conference, the Education Committee sponsors a Silent Auction and a Live Auction. These events are major fundraisers for the Foundation and proceeds go directly to fund student scholarships. The success of these events depends entirely upon the generosity of our members and business partners.
