Important Hotel Booking Information
Please note: Booking links for the host and overflow hotels will be provided in your conference registration confirmation email.
To ensure that registered attendees have a fair opportunity to secure accommodations at the hotels, we are implementing a new hotel policy for this year’s conference:
  • Hotel booking reports will be monitored weekly.
  • Anyone who has reserved a room but has not registered for the conference will be contacted.
  • If registration is not completed within one week of contact, the hotel reservation will be removed from the room block.
This policy has been instituted due to past issues with room availability and is designed to prioritize accommodations for confirmed conference participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide the best possible experience for all attendees.

**Please be aware that FAC does not utilize third party hotel booking companies nor do we sell attendee lists. If a company reaches out you trying to sell a room in the FAC group block or an attendee list, it is a scam. DO NOT RESPOND.
