🚨 Important Notice: Conference Nearing Capacity
The 2025 Florida Airports Council Annual Conference is nearing full capacity. As a result, on-site registration is not guaranteed and may be limited based on space availability. To ensure your participation, we strongly encourage all attendees to register and submit payment as soon as possible. Registrations received July 28 - onsite will include an additional fee. Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be established. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Early bird pricing is available for applicable registration passes through May 31, 2025. Pre-registration is highly encouraged as on-site registration will incur additional fees and is not guaranteed to be available if the conference is at capacity.

Non-members can register without logging in.​

Those wishing to register at the student rate must contact the FAC office at [email protected] with proof of full time aviation program enrollment in order to receive access to that registration option. Honorary Lifetime Members must also contact the FAC office for registration.

A registration form for the Sunday morning events will be provided in the conference registration confirmation emails. Sign-ups will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and no person will be allowed to sign-up any individual other than themselves. Participation in any of these events is limited to full conference registrants.

Florida State/Federal Employee Full Conference - This registration option includes all Conference sessions and scheduled meals, Sunday Evening Welcome Reception with Exhibitors, Sunday After Hours Experience, Monday Night Host Event, Tuesday Corporate Committee Networking Event. This registration option does not include any Sunday morning events.

Honorary Lifetime Member - This registration option is available for FAC’s Honorary Lifetime Member. Includes all Conference sessions and scheduled meals, Sunday Evening Welcome Reception with Exhibitors, Sunday After Hours Experience, Monday Night Host Event, Tuesday Corporate Committee Networking Event and Sunday morning events based on availability.

Student - This registration option includes all Conference sessions and scheduled meals, Sunday Evening Welcome Reception with Exhibitors, Sunday After Hours Experience, Monday Night Host Event, Tuesday Corporate Committee Networking Event. This registration option does not include any Sunday morning events. All students must present a valid student ID and proof of full time aviation program enrollment.
 
One Day - This registration option is available for those who wish to attend the conference for one day only. Attendees may purchase a single, one day registration. Those wishing to attend the Conference multiple days must purchase a Full Conference Registration. This rate does not include Sunday morning events. 
 
Guest Registration - This program is open to guests of full-registrants only. Guest refers to a family member, friend, or significant other; not a business associate or staff colleague affiliated with the aviation industry. Guest may not be employed by an airport or airport-related company.
Registration includes all evening functions, the Wednesday Leadership Brunch and the Sunday Mimosas & Brushes (based on availability). This does not include meals served during the day. Looking for child registration? Please contact [email protected].

Sunday Morning Events - For your convenience, online registration is available for Sunday events upon completion of the conference registration. Sign-ups will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and no person will be allowed to sign-up any individual other than themselves. Participation in any of these events is limited to conference registrants.
Payment, Substitution and Cancellation Policies​

PAYMENTS
Payment options include all major credit cards, ACH and checks. There is an Invoice/Pay Later option for those not paying by credit card. ACH is preferred. Credit cards transactions will be charged a 2.5% transaction fee. Credit card payment is not accepted for sponsorships above $10,000.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Registrations cannot be split among attendees or session days. Substitutions for employees within the same company will be accepted at any time without penalty. Cancellation requests received by Monday, June 30, 2025 are subject to a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after Monday, June 30, 2025. In the event that the Conference is postponed/cancelled for reasons beyond our control we will notify all registrants of the refund policy at that time. However, any additional costs incurred by the registrant are the responsibility of the registrant.
